It's the new version of my princess loli dress >w< not too much is different~ except I added boots and the striped socks, and changed the shade of the bow w00t! I also finaly figured out the easier way to make chibi eyes!! YAY!! No more having to fight with my mouse to make the eyes look right XD I now just use... different brush sizes!!! Bwah ha ha ha ha!! Take that evil mouse!! ¬_¬;; so yeah lol hope ya like!!
