You see the frill hem? on the bottom? something like that but where the fluff is(the bust hem)
it's such a shame when you see something sooo cute but the thing it's on is just a Tee D:
you could do sooo much more with your designs>_<
i'm super girly and wear tutus and things like that and Tshirts don't REALLY go with that kind of thing, they can sometimes.. but yeah:\
I don't know of anyone who does this kind of thing on cute types of tops and stuff, apart from like major designers and that.. like really .. pretty and detailed tops/clothes
